Project Brief

Plus25 Residence is a private residence built into a coastal slope near Limassol. The building steps down the site, with each level opening onto a terrace oriented toward the sea. Window placement was developed to provide controlled views and natural cross-ventilation. The studio delivered the project from concept through to completion.
