Project Brief

Park Tower is a deluxe residential building on the Mediterranean coast, ten minutes from central Limassol within the grounds of the Parklane resort. Realised as part of the reconstruction of the former Le Méridien hotel complex (2016–2017) in collaboration with Crona Group, the building lifts generously glazed apartments above the shoreline, so that daily life unfolds to the sound of the sea.
