Project Brief

Plus24 Residence is a north–south oriented private home in the suburbs of Limassol. The primary structure is exposed board-formed concrete, and the living spaces step down through a series of terraced gardens toward the surrounding neighbourhood. The studio provided complete architectural and supervisory services.
